Terms and Conditions
Once we receive your Order Confirmation we will send out a Proforma Invoice to the email given. All items must be paid in full and cleared before items are dispatched to address provided.
Payment terms:
Payment shall be via EFT, full payments must be received before items are dispatched.
please note: some items might be out of stock - should this happen we will notify you via email, before order processed
All items that need to be branded - a 50% Deposit is required, all items final artworks must be signed off before going to print or embroidery. Final payments must be received once items are dispatched.
Printing:
- Colours shown in catalogue and on our website is only indicative. Always ask for a sample.
- Small variations may occur in the fabric and printing. Corporate Colours - please specify pantone colours, without these we cannot match corporate colours.
Returns:
Please check all goods thoroughly before distributing or using them. In the event that Studio Azul supply incorrect or faulty goods, replacement goods will only be supplied or credit will only be given if the entire consignment is returned but please contact us first as goods are only returnable with our expressed agreement and will not be accepted back without prior arrangement.
The customer must notify us within five working days from delivery of any matter they may allege that the goods are not in accordance with the order confirmation. If the customer fails to give such notice it shall conclusively be determined that the goods are in accordance with the order confirmation and that the customer has accepted them. In any event, liability applies to replacement cost and we do not under any circumstances entertain claims for consequential loss.
No Branded Garments may be returned for Credit for any reason whatsoever.
Studio Azul shall have no liability to you for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the contract that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
